Bowling Brand CEFV Series Cryogenic Excess Flow Valve with SUS303 all parts and PTFE+ fiber sealing ring is a spring-actuated type and ball-actuated typesafety device that shut off the flow of fluid in case any flow line or fitting located on the outlet side of the valve breaks or ruptures.Cryogenic Excess Flow Valve is a normally open valve, and will remain in the open position during operation. The Cryogenic Excess Flow Valve only close when the flow of fluid through the Excess Flow Valve makes sufficient force to deal with the opening tension of the spring/ ball.
